In addition, Smashwords is also offering Part 1 of the Ha'penny Steps Trilogy: Maruska's Story for free until 31 March 2025. 

 Part 2, Nancy's Story and Part 3, Alice's Story can be purchased for half price.

I also have the beginings of a website at www.CR Spencer.com.  It's fairly new and I am just getting to grips with it.  I will try and keep it updated.

Apple Books have accepted Part 1 of the Trilogy for conversion into an audio book as part of a trial.  I have listened to a sample of their work and I do believe it is very acceptable without the clunkiness associated with other attempts.  I will let you know when it becomes available.

The Ha'penny Steps Trilogy is also available as a paperback for those who prefer it.  When Smashwords is fully migrated to Draft2Digital, I am hoping my other books will also be available in paperback.

I have noticed that when one searches for an author on Smashwords, it is important to get the letter spacing correct.  For example, CR Spencer or C R Spencer, notice where there are gaps in the initials.    It is often better to search with the name of the book.  However, I have added a link to my books listed on Smashwords below.  If you don't have an account on Smashwords, it is free and simple to create one.  Smashwords give away books for free on a regular basis and often offer discounts periodically.
